I am sorry if you expected to find a diet that would make the pounds fly off of you, or one that claims to take 10 pounds off in one week. For the average person, that would not be a healthy thing unless exercise was involved. That isn’t to say that a person 200 pounds over weight could not do this on diets that I would recommend.
